The bench mark is set flush in the corner of a concrete bull rail on top of a concrete pier deck at the port of Vancouver berth 1, 15.90 m (52.2 ft) SSE of light pole no 4, 12.55 m (41.17 ft) north of the NE corner of the tide equipment instrument enclosure., 5.50 m (18.0 ft) west of NE most corner of concrete pier deck, 0.30 m (1.0 ft) south of metal stairway, and 0.30 m (1.0 ft) above the pier deck. |
